Qualified Water Sports Instructor

Role

An RYA or Paddlesport UK qualified instructor with the relevant NGQ qualifications to deliver a range of water sports courses at our 55 acre lake and land side in the Cotswold Lakes.

What we are looking for

We are looking for some great personalities to join our team this season. If you have a love for the outdoors and are great with customers, we are looking for full time and casual instructors for regular work instructing water sports, fun activities, and residential groups during our busy summer period.

We’ve had a couple of epic seasons and we are raising the bar this year, so if you think you have the personality, skills and experience we might be looking for and love being part of an outgoing team and don’t mind having too much fun at work, we want to hear from you.

You will be experiencing a varied season working on everything from core school and corporate bookings or holiday courses and our pay & play rental programme. We have something to suit everyone. We’re all about making a difference and having fun doing it.

You will need a minimum of one or more instructor qualifications from the RYA or PUK such as a Dinghy Instructor or Paddlesport Instructor and ideally have experience working in a busy season as part of an instructor team.

We also require staff with experience or qualifications in climbing and high ropes activity’s.

Working hours will include some evenings and weekends and be rostered over the summer period, with reduced operating hours in the early season and more in peak summer.
